Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

We are seeking a driven and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic Procurement team. Education option examples:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Responsibilities:
Work with internal stakeholders and leadership on onboarding new locations through acquisitions
Provide project tracking and maintenance on acquired locations and tasks related to completing the onboarding
Analyze real estate financial data to support lease negotiations, location planning, construction projects, and portfolio management
Prepare and maintain detailed financial tracking on projects, forecasting on emerging projects and demands, and variance analyses.
Assist in budgeting and cost optimization for real estate projects.
Provide project tracking for location moves, remodels, closes, and any other location related activities.
Collaborate with Procurement, Technology, Records, suppliers, and Finance teams on strategic initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for real estate transactions.
Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential real estate options for decisioning.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership on the real estate portfolio associated activities.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate and Facilities.
Partner with Procurement, Legal and Risk teams to ensure lease contracts and renewals are being processed efficiently.
Assist in developing strategies for space utilization and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants for real estate projects.
Participate in audits and ensure adherence to financial controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in real estate analysis.
Basic Requirements:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Project management experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Requirements:
3+ years of experience in real estate, real estate finance, project management, or corporate real estate
Knowledge of lease accounting and corporate real estate operations
Familiarity with facilities, lease management, and space planning systems and tools
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, KPI and, performance metrics skills
