Salary: $70,000 – 80,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:
The Transition Experience Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within Osaic’s Transitions & Onboarding team. This leader is responsible for overseeing, coaching, and developing Transition Consultants (TCs), ensuring they deliver seamless, white-glove onboarding experience for financial advisors who are moving to Osaic. The Transition Experience Manager drives consistency, accountability, and excellence across the team while fostering collaboration with Recruiting, Repapering, Sales Enablement, and Operations.
This person needs to have a thorough understanding of the transition process and provide the appropriate guidance regarding the Osaic resources and tools along the way to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the Financial Professionals. In addition to having some transition experience, it’s critical to be a subject matter expert on asset movement, demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, be detailed oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. We are looking for self-starters who are quick learners, resourceful, and results oriented in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The person must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Transition Consultants, serving as a trusted coach and resource.
Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and build development plans to elevate performance and skills.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Advisor Experience & Execution:
Ensure advisors and their teams experience a smooth transition by aligning consultant support with Osaic’s onboarding playbook.
Partners with TCs to troubleshoot complex onboarding situations, providing escalated support when needed.
Maintain high standards of advisor satisfaction through continuous feedback loops and process improvements.
Operational Excellence:
Monitor transition pipeline and consultant assignments to balance workloads and align expertise with advisor needs.
Establish and track KPIs (time-to-ramp, NIGO rates, satisfaction scores, etc.) to measure onboarding success.
Drive process consistency, ensuring all transitions follow Osaic’s standards, timelines, and compliance guidelines.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Business Development, Repapering, and Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated advisor support.
Act as a voice of the Transition Consultant team in leadership discussions, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance the onboarding experience.
Partner with Sales Enablement to refine tools, training, and resources available to consultants.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead team retrospectives and best practice sharing sessions to improve the overall advisor transition journey.
Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to onboarding processes, dashboards, and resource materials.
Champion innovation to position Osaic as the industry leader in advisor onboarding and experience.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in financial services with 3+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity.
Deep understanding of advisor onboarding, transitions, or related operational functions.
Proven ability to lead teams, coach talent, and manage performance effectively.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Preferred Requirements:
Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses
Familiarity with NetX360, Wealthscape, OneView, Salesforce
Familiarity with Osaic systems and technology
