Role Type: Full time. Remote with monthly travel expectations.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year + annual bonus paid (monthly)

Summary: The Vice President, Relationship Manager (RM) will be assigned a territory of Financial Institutions. The Relationship Manager will oversee all aspects of the territory and will be responsible for all relationships, strategic initiatives, goals, activities, and the delivery of key resources to the financial institutions in the territory. This will include, but not limited to Training, Marketing, Wealth Solution Services, Insurance support, and Service support.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Program Managers & Advisors to drive Sales and Revenues.
  • Interact with all Osaic Institutions departments to drive needed support to the program.
  • Facilitate meetings in the territory that create educational opportunities as well as opportunities for networking and the exchange of ideas.
  • Work with Licensing and Registration to help with the onboarding of Advisors.
  • Lead the recruiting process for open positions in the territory.
  • Manage the open position pipeline to maintain as low a level of open positions as possible.
  • Identify key growth opportunities in the territory and develop strategies and tactics to take advantage of these opportunities.
  • Identify a group of Advisors annually that have the greatest opportunities for growth and focus on these advisors by setting goals and delivering on those goals.
  • Drive deeper relationships in each of our partner Financial Institutions. From the Advisor up though the CEO. This should include facilitating and driving communication between Senior and Executive Management at Osaic Institutions and the Financial Institution.
  • Create a process for consistent communication to all the institutions in the territory.
  • Work with Compliance on the Sales Supervision activities required.
  • Interact, assist and collaborate with the Internal Support Position on all aspects of the territory.
  • Deliver all required management reports in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Business, Finance or related field required.

Basic Requirements:

  • 3 + year’s related experience the financial institutions industry.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 required.
  • Possesses excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and possess strong overall computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel approximately once a month.

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 preferred.
