Fraud Warning:
It has come to our attention that fraudulent individuals and organizations are offering false employment and internships at Osaic. These scammers may pose as a representative of the company or even impersonate an employee or recruiter. The fraudsters contact job seekers via unsolicited emails or texts and conduct job interviews via social media or instant messaging services. Osaic does not use social media nor messaging applications to conduct candidate screening, interviewing, offer or background check processes.
During a fraudulent interview, the scammer may try to solicit personal and financial information from the job seeker. Job seekers may also be sent checks by the scammer. The checks are fraudulent. Please be advised that Osaic will never ask for payment to progress a job applicant. As a job seeker, be advised that no employer should ask for financial information prior to your first day of employment.
Job applicants should be aware of these and similar tactics. When in doubt, please confirm if the position in question is posted online at www.careers.osaic.com or contact Osaic by emailing fraud@osaic.com. Additionally, you may report any suspicious recruiting activity to the FTC [www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov]. Thank you for your assistance and consideration of Osaic for the next step in your career.
