Schedule:  Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Osaic is open to remote applicants for this position.

Role Type:     Full time

Salary:           $50,000 - $60,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Annuity Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can manage complex annuity cases from submission to issuance while mentoring junior team members and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with advisors and carriers, and is deeply familiar with the annuity marketplace..

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of annuity applications, including reviewing documents, submitting to carriers, tracking progress, and resolving escalated issues to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, carrier representatives, and internal stakeholders, delivering high-level service and guidance throughout the application process.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior case managers by assisting with training, quality review, and workflow prioritization.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of annuity products, carrier-specific underwriting requirements, suitability regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliant case handling.
  • Analyze operational workflows and case metrics to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements that enhance service delivery and turnaround times.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in financial services, or related field, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical experience will be considered

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in annuity case management or a similar role within an IMO, FMO, BGA, or insurance carrier environment.
  • Strong understanding of annuity products including fixed, indexed, and MYGAs, as well as carrier-specific requirements and suitability standards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as NAIC Best Interest rules and state-specific annuity suitability regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with case management systems, CRM platforms, and carrier submission portals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior staff.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as FireLight, iPipeline, or Annuity Rate Watch.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., LOMA, NAIFA, or designations like CSA or CLU) are a plus.
  • Experience working directly with independent financial advisors or agents.
