Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:
The position of Operations Support is responsible for providing support to department management, trust officers and administrators; Closes accounts; processes and posts transactions; issues checks; performs daily company account reconcilement; balances third party accounts; performs research; handles correspondence; gathers data and compiles various reports for management.
Responsibilities:
- Process, post, and balance daily transactions
- Close accounts; assign CUSIP numbers; set up various assets and liabilities
- Reconcile company account balances
- Process maintenance transactions
- Provide support to department management and act as a backup as needed for selected duties
- Respond to routine inquiries, provide effective customer service, and assist in resolving problems with given authority
- Refers problems to appropriate individuals and ensures answers or information is received by inquiring party
- Handle movements of cash (wire transfers, deposits, transfer, ACH, checks)
- Ability work independently and in a team environment
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced
- Complies with Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”), OFAC Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), and USA PATRIOT ACT policies and procedures when reviewing trusts
- Report any customer suspected of suspicious activity immediately to the BSA/Compliance Officer
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, state laws and regulations.
- Participate in required annual BSA/AML/OFAC and Compliance training

- Performs the position safely, without endangering health or safety to himself or herself or others, will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standard and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic Requirements:
- Two to three (2-3) years of related experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Skills in various software packages including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
- Effective communication and proficient in active listening
- Ability to analyze complex problems and identify appropriate solutions
- Ability to make rule based and analytical decisions
- Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of information
- Ability to effectively function as a team player
- Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis
- Ability to work without general supervision while performing duties
