Role Type: Full time
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

We have an opening for a highly motivated and customer centric Broker Contracting Analyst at Highland Capital Brokerage! No industry experience required. We are looking to train the right candidate from ground up. The right candidate will possess qualities we can’t teach: work ethic, integrity, positive attitude and motivation to help others. This position will be responsible for creating a stellar licensing/appointment experience with our brokers and institutions. Responsibilities:
- Handling all carrier appointments and licensing requests from start to finish. This includes day-to-day submissions and troubleshooting of contracting issues.
- Quick, courteous and accurate responses to all external or internal customers via phone or email.
- Communicating effectively with other departments and carriers as needed by providing accurate information and proactive updates.
- Training brokers/agents on use of systems and resources, including SureLC and www.highlandbrokerage.com.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered.
Basic Requirements:
- 45+ WPM (test required)
- Customer centric mindset
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful

- Analytical skills for problem solving

- Multi-tasking capability
Preferred Requirements:
- Sure LC experience
- Broker Contracting experience
- Life Insurance, Banking or brokerage experience
- Agency Integrator or Ipipeline experience
- Call center experience/ retail experience
