Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, forward‑thinking finance leader who is excited to play a pivotal role in shaping growth and long‑term direction. In this role, you’ll partner directly with executive leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision‑making across the business. You’ll lead budgeting, build and refine sophisticated financial models, and translate complex analysis into clear, executive‑ready insights that influence strategy and prioritize key initiatives. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to support M&A activity, strengthen performance measurement through robust KPIs, and elevate the connection between strategy, execution, and financial outcomes. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts organizational performance, this role offers both challenge and meaningful influence.
Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leadership and functional leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making aligned with CW Advisors’ objectives.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights that help leaders evaluate performance, assess trade-offs, and prioritize initiatives across the business.
Lead the development and ongoing management of the annual budget and periodic reforecasting processes.
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support short- and long-term planning, including five-year strategic financial forecasts.
Prepare accurate, timely monthly reporting with clear variance analysis, trend identification, and performance drivers versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Develop KPI frameworks, ROI analyses, and investment models to support growth initiatives and operational improvements.
Translate complex financial analysis into clear executive-level presentations, including visual storytelling in PowerPoint that highlights key insights, risks, and recommendations.
Clearly articulate analytical conclusions, assumptions, and implications, ensuring stakeholders understand both the “what” and the “why” behind financial outcomes.
Support M&A activity through involvement with financial diligence efforts, rolling forward financial modeling, and deferred consideration calculations.
From an FP&A perspective, support post-acquisition integration planning by aligning financial models and performance tracking.
Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting efficiency, and analytical rigor.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial transparency, improve performance measurement, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and analysis that supports CW Advisors’ growth, profitability, and long-term strategy.
Enable data-driven decision-making through consistent KPIs, insightful reporting, and forward-looking financial models.
Improve executive visibility into financial and operational performance through clear analysis, compelling visuals, and well-supported recommendations.
Strengthen the connection between strategy, execution, and financial outcomes.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited university required.
Basic Requirements:
7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles with demonstrated responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and executive reporting.
Demonstrated ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to complex business problems, and to recommend well-supported courses of action.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience within financial services or professional services is strongly preferred.
