Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Given the regional and travel requirements for this position, Osaic is open to remote applicants for this position.

Salary: $80-000 - $100,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Solutions Consultant to join our team.  This role will lead the strategic direction, consultation and implementation of technology solutions for our registered investment advisor channel and the financial professional affiliated with it.  With a goal of driving efficiencies, achieving operational excellence and superior outcomes, this engaged individual will have the opportunity to work both in the back office as well as in front of advisors delivering value.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for technology solutions that aligns with the needs and goals of the RIA and our clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize technology platforms including Salesforce, Black Diamond, Orion, LaserApp Anywhere and DocuSign.

Client Consultation and Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted resource to RIA clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage project scope, risks, and issues.

Technology Expertise

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in financial technology, including Artificial Intelligence, continuously improving, integrating, and expanding our technology offerings.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal use and integration of technology platforms.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of technology consultants and specialists.
  • Foster a culture of service, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the technology solutions team.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. 

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years previous experience in a technology consulting, training or similar role that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisor technology tools (i.e., Orion, Black Diamond, Salesforce)
  • Ability to provide an extraordinary level of customer service and support to advisors
  • Skilled in establishing relationships with advisors and their staff
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with various business units and strategic partners
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify key variables and develop appropriate solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to operate various office equipment and software programs (i.e., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis
  • High level of personal accountability

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the FinTech space
  • Experience with translating end customer needs to technical requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 or SIE
