Osaic requires a minimum of four (4) days per week working in the office. Applicants must be able to meet this in-office attendance requirement based on an assigned schedule, regardless of your commuting distance or personal travel time to the designated office location. 

Role Type:     Full time

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year + annual bonus 

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

As a Product Owner of Osaic’s Cash Management Accounts, you will be responsible for growing adoption of cash management accounts (CMA) at both of Osaic’s clearing partners, Pershing LLC and National Financial Services (NFS).  As Product Owner, you will own all aspects of this product line with the primary goal of increasing utilization and adoption of the CMAs in order to support Osaic’s strategy of providing more banking-related services to affiliated FPs and their clients. In this capacity, the individual will play a critical role in assisting the Wealth Management Solutions leadership with driving organic growth and overall client satisfaction through the use of CMA adoption. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining monthly performance reporting metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with marketing to establish CMA focused marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and partnership opportunities to assist in developing new initiatives for

business growth

  • Cultivate a group of Financial Professional Champions and leverage their expertise in promotional materials. 
  • Explore creative yet economical adoption ideas that result in growing adoption of CMAs with our FP’s and their clients. 
  • Partner with internal colleagues to drive awareness of CMAs and their benefits to both FPs and their clients.
  • Responsible for development of ongoing adoption and utilization dashboards for Executive viewing. 
  • Participation in company sponsored conferences and similar events to promote the features and benefits of CMAs to FPs and their clients. 
  • Assess the economic performance of various investments through a detailed understanding of revenue and cost drivers, identifying ways to increase growth and
  • Help improve current processes through simplification and/or automation

develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across departments to

foster an effective cross-functional working environment and collaborative spirit.

  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required (<25%).

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or other related field required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial services role
  • Familiarity with banking products and services. 
  • Expert proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a customer service mentality.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-

paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

  • Self-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial, “roll-up your sleeves” environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 license.
  • Prior financial services industry experience preferred (wealth management, investment

management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)

  • Experience with banking products and services.

Prior sales, banking, and/or relationship management skills preferred
